I live in Ohio and was buying this house in Florida. They were on top of every little detail and handled it such as finding information on warranties, looking at every detail of the inspection and either finding the information or getting in touch with the other realtor so she could get the information. Anything I needed to do from long distance they made sure I knew about it and helped me through it. I could go on and on but they are amazing besides being such nice people. Mary kept in touch with me every step of the way. I was doing this on my own. Mary assured me along the way with her advice and suggestions. There were times I was overwhelmed with every thing. Her professionalism was outstanding. I had problems finding special contractors especially since I do not live in the area. She did research and I was given several options to chose from making it my decision. I would recommend Mary Hart as a special realtor who definitely does due diligence for her clients whether it is selling or buying a residence.

Raena, our real estate agent, was wonderful to work with. While we were in the USA and then in Germany for three weeks, she stayed in constant contact with us and worked closely with the seller’s agent on the home we loved. When the seller initially took the house off the market, Raena worked hard to speak with the seller and successfully convinced her to change her mind and allow us to purchase the home. After our offer was accepted, Raena sent us a clear and detailed email outlining everything we needed to do next. She handled all communication with the title company, arranged the inspection, and even connected us with a company to provide an insurance estimate for the house. Raena went above and beyond for us—she was absolutely fabulous.

Chris was much less interested in selling us a house than he was in making sure that the house we bought was the right house for us. He knows the Villages marketplace, he knows the available products and he understands the history. He was extremely helpful and patient in the process of our purchase. Karen was always helpful and friendly. Every step of purchasing our new home was quick, simple and smooth.
