I am new to the area, Chris was very knowledgeable with everything related to the Villages. He explained each and every step in great detail. Came up with a great plan to make a fair and reasonable offer. He helped with the inspection process, made sure all the issues were addressed. Insured all the steps were followed with the Title Company. Was with me to the completion of the Settlement. Did the walk through with me before settlement. The communication was way above what I expected, I was fully informed on all my tasks and he followed through to make sure we had no issues. I was extremely pleased with how professional all aspects of the deal were handled. I sold my house in Pennsylvania last year and found how good Chris was, my agent up North did not even come close to experience I had with Chris. Need to mention that his assistant was just as much a part of the success that I had with the entire ordeal. Thank you Chris and Christine for all that you did for me. Karen was fantastic to work with; very friendly and personable. Communication was excellent; she stayed in touch throughout the entire process and was very quick to respond to questions. She went above and beyond, keeping in contact with us often late in the day. When the seller became extremely difficult to work with, Karen was a fighter and negotiated on our behalf with the seller and the seller's agent. Karen had great resources for the new house regarding painting, decorating, and handyman. Wish I could give 10 stars because she earned every one of them!

We suddenly had to sell her house b/c Mum had to go to Assisted Living. I'm from Washington state & Lisbeth was amazing! While I was in FL she handled EVERYTHING, walking me through the steps of prepping and then selling the house. She brought us boxes, helped us sell some of the items we wanted to sell before the sale, and finally, paired us with an AMAZING house cleaner who made the place absolutely shine! Her sense of humor and her accessibility were constant, and sorely needed as we navigated this new reality. Lisbeth ran everything by us, listened and appreciated what we had to say and was incredibly patient and helpful as I juggled Mum's Alzheimer's and her move to AL while prepping for the sale. She was there to lend a hand with moving things around, with the small repairs that needed sorting, the works. She has connections to seemingly everyone, and when a need arose, she "knew a guy (or gal)" who could handle it. When I had to return to WA to begin teaching in fall, Lisbeth was in constant, supportive contact. What additional items needed to be finalized in the seller agreement were handled by Docusign and she facilitated all of that - reducing a significant level of stress for us. After the house was prepped, she and her photographer got great shots, despite the impending hurricane, and that first open house drew in a good crowd. Just before the hurricane she texted that she'd gone through and made sure the place was secure, then immediately after texted again to let me know how things were, a great relief for a seller who is a little over 3,000 miles away. The house sold in under 48 hours, at the very first open house she held, and very close to the listing price, making us all very happy. In short, Lisbeth is amazing. Helpful, friendly, a great communicator and knowledge source for the area and real estate game. We highly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.

Karen was like our new best friend. My daughter, Beth, and I were novices when came to selling a Florida home. Karen was patient and explained the steps we would go through. She had the house staged and we took down the unnecessary items, packed and stored them. Since I am the oldest and in a wheelchair Beth and Karen did most of the work. Open houses were well planned to cause us the least inconvenience. When we had an offer, Karen guided us through the process of asking more than offered and we had a sale. Beth and I had to leave Florida to house hunt in Michigan. My youngest daughter, Laura, stayed on a few more days and saw to the end of packing and arrange movers then she had to leave. Karen came to the now empty house to supervise the movers and to be sure nothing was left behind. Now I think the job of realtor ended with closing, yet there she was being there for the movers. Not only is she an excellent realtor but one who goes way beyond for her clients.

Chris and Christine Smith have gone over and beyond what would ever be expected from a realtor. They have made it possible that the complicated transaction of buying a house went very smoothly, by helping me on each step of they way. They have spent hours upon hours and more, explaining many details, making dozens and dozens of phone calls to make sure that everything got worked out just fine. They also provided me with lots of other help to prepare the property for my move to the Villages. I don’t know how I can ever thank them enough for their dedication in making everything perfect. It is my wish that everyone buying (or selling) a house in the Villages would have such a great experience as I had and I can recommend Chris and Christine to the fullest. Lis was willing to begin work with me prior to any commitment from me to have her be the selling agent. She supplied boxes for shipping, advice on house prep, and help with getting inspector required repairs completed. Very friendly.
