I was referred to Chris by my son, who is a real estate agent, in Texas. Chris called me while we were still in Texas, to introduce himself and to get some information from me about what I was looking for in a new home. He instructed me how to set up a profile on his website so I would be sent information on properties that matched my criteria. I could then save them as favorites if I was interested in them. He suggested that I pick the top 6-8 properties on my list, to make appointments to see them. We came in town on a 3-day house hunting trip, to see the 7 houses I selected. Chris would review each house, asked us to rate it, as to how much we liked it and gave us his opinion of the property and it’s value. After we finished the second day, he became aware of a new listing, that met our criteria, that had just come on the market. We went to see it, made an offer, and now it’s ours! Chris has gone above and beyond, in every respect, throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking a new home in The Villages.

My wife and I were not familiar with Florida's laws and the process of buying a home in the Villages was not the same as up north. Mary answered questions about the process and living in the Villages with a smile. Help with the mortgage process and all the questions raise by the closing documents that we had to sign were patiently explained and answered. Sadly the seller of the home had passed on just before the day of he closing. Mary helped the sellers sister through a challenging time with the sale as well as helping us through the period during the delay of the closing.
