Working with Steve was a true pleasure. In this market, any agent can sell your house, but it's about how it is done. Steve's attentiveness thru the entire process made this a seamless procedure. We had many interested parties coming thru the house, meaning we had to be out. Steve made sure to keep on top of the showing agents to make sure they notified him when they were done, and then he gave us the go ahead to be able to get back home. At every turn the communication was fantastic, something that many agents do not deliver. Steve picked a great price point for our home and made us feel comfortable thru the entire process. He went above and beyond at every point, doing the little things like installing carbon monoxide detectors that got our home up to code. He was there for us from start to finish, answering the silliest questions that we had. On the rare occasions when we had to leave a voice mail, Steve always returned the call promptly. All the peripherals he referred (escrow company, termites, etc.) were also prompt and knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't change a thing and can't recommend Steve highly enough.
