He worked with the seller’s agent to negotiate a reduced price for some of the damage we discovered in the inspection phase. He was quickly able to assemble professionals in: electric, plumbing, termite and whole house inspections to help us revise our proposal to the sellers. He was also able to connect us with an architect and a few general contractors. Oh, and the lender he recommended was able to get our loan closed in just over 2 weeks!!
