We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Wendee Dunn. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about the market. Before Wendee, we had a bad experience with another realtor, but when we met Wendee we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and she really helped to take the pressure off of us, even the pressure of the mortgage process. We never felt forced to make any decision and when we finally found the "one" , Wendee walked us through every step in such a professional way that we got a “Yes” to our first offer!!!! I’m a very busy person with limited time to travel. I had a house to sell in Florida and I currently live in NJ. Wendee was my agent and without the need for me to travel, she sold the house. I keep in my plans that whenever I visit Florida, I’ll make sure to meet up with Wendee since I feel very satisfied the way she took over and accomplished the sale. Kudos to you!

Guy was great to work with. He was always available when I had questions and he was supportive throughout the entire process. If he did not know the answer to one of my many questions, he would find out and call me back within a reasonable amount of time. He went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. I feel he really cares about his clients and he adds a personal touch that I found refreshing. I highly recommend Guy.

This year has been quite tough for me due to my father passing in January and then this COVID stuff as a business owner. I met Sherri King in late March and I knew instantly that I wanted her to handle the sale of my Fathers House. It took me awhile to get the courage to list his house and she was patient the whole time. She would check on me every so often and I never felt pressured. She would always say “you will do this when your ready”. I finally had the courage 2 months later in late May to actually sign the contract. Sherri King was so compassionate over what I was dealing with that she held the contract a few days for me to be sure this is what I wanted to do. When she knew I was good, she listed the home. Immediately we had back to back showings and had multiple offers in the days following. We closed on the house 2 weeks ago and I cannot tell you how easy Sherri made this whole process. I knew I was in good hands the second I first met her. Wonderful Person! Excellent Service! Extremely Professional! If there were more Stars available I would give her more!
