I’m a very busy person with limited time to travel. I had a house to sell in Florida and I currently live in NJ. Wendee was my agent and without the need for me to travel, she sold the house. This year has been quite tough for me due to my father passing in January and then this COVID stuff as a business owner. I met Sherri King in late March and I knew instantly that I wanted her to handle the sale of my Fathers House. It took me awhile to get the courage to list his house and she was patient the whole time. She would check on me every so often and I never felt pressured. She would always say “you will do this when your ready”. I finally had the courage 2 months later in late May to actually sign the contract. Sherri King was so compassionate over what I was dealing with that she held the contract a few days for me to be sure this is what I wanted to do. When she knew I was good, she listed the home. Immediately we had back to back showings and had multiple offers in the days following. We closed on the house 2 weeks ago and I cannot tell you how easy Sherri made this whole process. I was looking online for an investment property for a while, but wasn't finding any that's worth the investment. Then I spoke to Ms. Neil. The very next day she told me that she thinks she found the perfect property for me but that evening was the deadline to submit all offers and I was away from home. Ms. Neil went out of her way and drove an hour away from her home to the property, took photos and videos and sent them to me. Being one of the cheapest houses in the market and with many offers, I thought the chances of getting the property was slim.
