Wendee Dunn

Wendee was great in helping us find our first home! I originally wanted to rent but she suggested I try to buy and I am so glad she did. She put us in contact with a great lender and was very attentive through the entire process. We relocated from a different city and she was very helpful in letting us know which areas were good for our family as well as being accommodating in attending open houses for us and face timing us when we couldn't make it due to the distance. Our home buying process was not the easiest, but she was always there to help and make sure everything moved smoothly. Even after the purchase Wendee has remained attentive by reaching out to make sure we were settling in well. I would recommend her help to anyone looking to purchase a home.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Wendee Dunn. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about the market. Before Wendee, we had a bad experience with another realtor, but when we met Wendee we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and she really helped to take the pressure off of us, even the pressure of the mortgage process. We never felt forced to make any decision and when we finally found the "one" , Wendee walked us through every step in such a professional way that we got a “Yes” to our first offer!!!! I’m a very busy person with limited time to travel. I had a house to sell in Florida and I currently live in NJ. Wendee was my agent and without the need for me to travel, she sold the house. I keep in my plans that whenever I visit Florida, I’ll make sure to meet up with Wendee since I feel very satisfied the way she took over and accomplished the sale. Kudos to you!
