I researched extensively to find the right realtor to sell our home.  Comparing past performances and reading many reviews, I felt Kim would be the best and she proved me right!  She’s knowledgeable, friendly, caring, detailed, hard working and was always available to answer any questions we had.  She’s also a professional stager, taking time and care to make sure the house would show to the best of it’s ability.  The listing looked so good that she had calls within the first hour which resulted in several offers the very next day.  We couldn’t believe it! Kim then used her great negotiating skills to get the highest and best offer for us as well as securing a back up offer as plan B.... always thinking and planning ahead for our best interests.  I really can’t say enough great things about Kim Alexander and the level of service she provides.  We’ve used other realtors during our years in FL and can honestly say Kim is hands down the best!!!!!

We found Kim Alexander completely by accident at a open house one day. She was a realtor for another home owner and immediately stepped in to help us sell our home. She was extremely patient in showing us as many houses as we wanted to see, and she took the time to listen to our needs and find us exactly the house we wanted. She gave us a great comparative market analysis and advice on marketing our home. Within 4 days of us putting our house on the market, we had a full price offer! Kim brings a lot of knowledge about real estate to every transaction. She’s also a great gal to spend time with, and if we ever move again, we won’t work with anyone else!

Sherre was phenomenal to work with. She was responsive, honest, and attentive to every detail. This was my first time buying a house and she gave me a sense of comfort and security throughout the rollercoaster (at times!) process. I found her to have integrity and honesty that I believe is rare and crucial. She was not trying to sell a house but help us find one that would work for us. I would highly recommend her.

I CANNOT say enough good things about Kim. She was amazing! I actually feel bad for anyone who doesn't have her as their Realtor. She was that good. Now that I have worked with her, I wouldn't buy/sell a home with anyone else. Kim made the home buying process easy and seamless. She went above and beyond what I would have expected as a Realtor. Kim was easy to reach, kept us updated, stayed in constant contact and always seemed to be two steps ahead. This was my most stress-free home purchase. Usually I am a nervous wreck when buying a house, but Kim just makes you feel calm. She was so knowledgable that I didn't worry about anything. Whatever came up, she knew exactly how to handle it. Even after the closing, Kim was available for any issues that arose or even just to provide referrals for services (plumber, pest control, etc). This was so helpful as I am new to the area. My wife and I recently purchased a home in Lady Lake, Florida. We are moving from Northern Virginia and used Watson Realty. We were extremely fortunate to have what surely must be one of Watson's top agents (Nancy McCloskey). Naturally, we were concerned about being out of town and not knowing anything about the area. Right from the start Nancy showed care, concern and dedication to help us find the perfect place. She was patient, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding communities. Buying a house is one of the biggest decisions you will make - do not trust this process to just anyone. Jack Samson had the knowledge needed to not only find me my perfect home, but to secure the sale against at least three other buyers. He was very responsive to my million questions/concerns and his attention to detail when looking at homes was awesome - repairs/upgrades, etc - like HE was buying the house! He had great knowledge of both the area and the market and he helped steer me to the place I wanted to be. I am pleasantly surprised how smooth and easy this entire process was but I attribute it 100% to Jacks' professionalism and experience.

Sherman, was very helpful in finding out our wants and needs. He showed us around the various neighborhoods and gave us the pros and cons of each one. We worked remotely later with him in purchasing an investment property. Our experience was a great one and we feel that he really looked out for our best interests.
