Barry's knowledge of the real estate market was extremely valuable, especially in the Longwood area. He was always available to answer questions and was honest with his opinions on key aspects of the property sale. He went above and beyond to help us, as we were coordinating the property sale from out of state. We can't thank Barry enough for all that he did for us, and we would highly recommend him to others. My husband and I were in a unique situation where we were buying our first home without being able to see it in person, so we really needed someone we could trust. We know the area pretty well, having lived in the city before, but Barry also has been a long-time resident in the areas we were looking to buy in, so having his expertise was super helpful. Buying a home for the first time can feel overwhelming, but Barry was always one step ahead to help us get setup for the next phase of the buying process. He recommended a few lenders to us, and we are so pleased with the one we choose from his recommendations, so we know we can trust his judgment every step of the way. The house we purchased was probably one that I would have scrolled past if I was looking on my own, but Barry sent it to us, and it checked all the boxes on our "must-have" list! Homes were getting offers on them quickly, so we knew we couldn't take our time dwelling on it. We're so thankful that Barry had a great sense of what we needed in a home, was able to schedule a walk through before the open house, and was willing to go through the house with us on video to give us a sense of the layout, the updates, etc. We couldn't have done this without someone we trusted so much!
