Cindy gave us extensive information about the current housing market to help us choose an appropriate asking price. She also walked throughout the entire property helping us see changes that would best stage our home before having photos taken and opening our home for showings. Within the first weekend of showings we received three offers, all very close to or above our asking price! Whenever we had a question or concern throughout the process, Cindy was easy to reach and ready with an informed answer. Cindy, She is an ultimate professional and she was a great help to us as we went through all the challenges to repair and sell our home. One thing I appreciated is that she explained to us what to expect, what to think of when selling and she was never, not once pushing us to make one decision or another. I would recommend her 100% to anyone who wants to sell or purchase a home. I only wish she was able to help us here in VA because she is awesome. My husband and I were in a unique situation where we were buying our first home without being able to see it in person, so we really needed someone we could trust. We know the area pretty well, having lived in the city before, but Barry also has been a long-time resident in the areas we were looking to buy in, so having his expertise was super helpful. Buying a home for the first time can feel overwhelming, but Barry was always one step ahead to help us get setup for the next phase of the buying process. He recommended a few lenders to us, and we are so pleased with the one we choose from his recommendations, so we know we can trust his judgment every step of the way. The house we purchased was probably one that I would have scrolled past if I was looking on my own, but Barry sent it to us, and it checked all the boxes on our "must-have" list! Homes were getting offers on them quickly, so we knew we couldn't take our time dwelling on it. We're so thankful that Barry had a great sense of what we needed in a home, was able to schedule a walk through before the open house, and was willing to go through the house with us on video to give us a sense of the layout, the updates, etc. We couldn't have done this without someone we trusted so much!

Sherrie was the realtor I worked with when buying my first home, so there was no doubt in my mind when picking a realtor to help sell it! From start to finish, she was there with all the answers and support. The sale had a few road bumps thanks to COVID slow downs, but Sherrie was fantastic with following up with the lender and keeping us up to date. Eve Metlis is one of the Top realtor's I have ever had the pleasure of working with, she is a very positive person with a wealth of knowledge. This was such a pleasant experience for me so I had to share it. I was used to being on top of realtors I have had in the past. Eve kept me in the loop at all times and I would think of a question to ask her and it was like she read my mind and the answer was already in my email. Eve sold my house within a few hours of the first day it listed! She went out of her way to help us since we were out of state and that was greatly appreciated. Cyndy Hudson was incredible to work with! She lined up houses to look at all day, then I decided to make an offer that day. We went to the office and made the offer that night, and it was accepted the next day! It closed in eleven days! Cyndy keep after all parties to get the job Dobe, and gave me great ideas for the house, along with steps to take before and after closing. Cyndy a Hudson is the very best at realty transactions.
