Wendee was great in helping us find our first home! I originally wanted to rent but she suggested I try to buy and I am so glad she did. She put us in contact with a great lender and was very attentive through the entire process. We relocated from a different city and she was very helpful in letting us know which areas were good for our family as well as being accommodating in attending open houses for us and face timing us when we couldn't make it due to the distance. Our home buying process was not the easiest, but she was always there to help and make sure everything moved smoothly. Kelly is without a doubt one of the BEST, ethical and well-informed RE's I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My situation involved a property that was 2 1/2 hours away from me and was part of an estate for my brother that passed without a will. It was a very complicated; frustrating and emotional experience on so many levels. Every step of the way, when I was ready to give up or extremely emotional and overwhelmed, Kelly remained the consummate professional and went above and beyond, no matter the task, including helping me to secure vendors to maintain the property until it could be sold.
