Kelly is without a doubt one of the BEST, ethical and well-informed RE's I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My situation involved a property that was 2 1/2 hours away from me and was part of an estate for my brother that passed without a will. It was a very complicated; frustrating and emotional experience on so many levels. Every step of the way, when I was ready to give up or extremely emotional and overwhelmed, Kelly remained the consummate professional and went above and beyond, no matter the task, including helping me to secure vendors to maintain the property until it could be sold. Her calm demeanor, when I was ready to jump off the proverbial ledge; and extremely big heart, are just a few of the qualities that make her so good at what she does. I have nothing but the highest regard for this realtor Tim Kelly. When I first met I was a little unsure, but that was quickly put to sleep and we became quite impressed with Tim‘s ability. We were from out of state and unfamiliar with a lot of the laws in Florida, Tim put our minds to ease And was able to answer 95% of our questions, and the ones he didn’t know he quickly get answers for.
