Breath of fresh air
Kim was like a breath of fresh air from the moment we met. She has an amazing can-do outlook which carried throughout my first home selling experience. There were some unique challenges with this sale and she was on top of it all - communicative, responsive and tirelessly encouraging every step of the way. What a great decision we made!!! Kim is a true professional!
I first met Kim Alexander when my wife and I were looking at homes in the Debary area. She was conducting an open house at one of the homes for sale we were interested in, and she answered all my questions with such professionalism and with an undivided attention. There were other potential buyers walking about, but Kim did not rush, or try to cut short our conversation regarding the house, or house buying questions to get to the next customer. That's what makes Kim not only professional, but personable and impressionable. Ultimately my wife and I did not purchase the house Kim was representing and we had to put off buying a house for a while. Fast forward about two years; my wife and I decided to sell our existing home. I have sold and purchased several other houses in my lifetime and met a lot of other realtors in the past, but Kim Alexander always stood out when I wanted an agent to sell our existing home. What a great decision we made!!! Kim completely took the house selling experience to the next level by giving tips on what to do to the house to improve exposure and buyer potential. Kim showed us minor details that had to be done and she took over from there. She staged our house, had it professionally photographed, and had immediate buyers, even during the start of a pandemic! Within eight days our house sold! Again, Kim is a true professional with decades of experience, understands the market, and how to market, probably better than anyone else. To this day, Kim maintains a friendly contact with our family. In the future, I will use Kim Alexander with confidence for any buying or selling needs, and/or refer her to anyone seeking a truly experienced professional realtor.

Kim Alexander is nothing short of unstoppable, unshakable, talented, creative, caring, understanding, knowledgeable, and determined. Kim handled one of the most difficult sales (a business partnership dissolving with the sellers not seeing eye to eye) with Grace and dignity- making sure to accommodate every ridiculous request presented. Kim’s level of professionalism is unmatched. Not only did she have difficult sellers but she was faced with selling a property in the middle of a pandemic. Kim’s creative staging of the property enhanced the ability to quickly sell for the price the sellers wanted. She was so impressive we listed my parents home with her and she had 3 offers and a signed contract the 1st day on the market!! She made the sale smooth and easy and profitable for my Dad.

I researched extensively! Kim is hands down the best!
I researched extensively to find the right realtor to sell our home. Comparing past performances and reading many reviews, I felt Kim would be the best and she proved me right! She’s knowledgeable, friendly, caring, detailed, hard working and was always available to answer any questions we had. She’s also a professional stager, taking time and care to make sure the house would show to the best of it’s ability. The listing looked so good that she had calls within the first hour which resulted in several offers the very next day. We couldn’t believe it! Kim then used her great negotiating skills to get the highest and best offer for us as well as securing a back up offer as plan B.... always thinking and planning ahead for our best interests. I really can’t say enough great things about Kim Alexander and the level of service she provides. We’ve used other realtors during our years in FL and can honestly say Kim is hands down the best!!!!! My home sale was 9/12/19

Kim always made us feel we were her most important client!
Kim talked to us when we were just curious about moving from Pa to Florida. It was a chance encounter with a property that we couldn’t find on line. (Cause it already sold) we told her we weren’t ready to buy but would be in couple years. She told us then, she would make time for us whenever we were in Florida visiting family or on vacation. Every time we went to Florida over the next 2 years she always made time for us and was willing to show us any properties, anywhere we were interested in. She always stayed in touch, always made us feel we were her most important client. When it came to the sale of our Pa house, she kept up on every step and helped us stay informed of the selling process even though we used another realtor in Pa. Kim was always looking out for us. During the process of getting into our home in Florida, Kim was always looking out for our best intrest and kept us totally informed of each and every property we looked into. Kim helped us put together an offer on what we wanted that were real and were solid to the seller, as well as good for us, the buyer. Kim also has a phenomenal house inspector to refer you to that leaves NOTHING out. This also helped in our buying process and brought our cost down even though the housing market is as crazy as it has been. We still refer to the house inspection, almost a year later to do our upgrades and updates. We tell everyone how lucky we are to have met Kim and how she stuck with us through our entire transition from Pa to Florida. We think of her as more of a friend than a business relationship. She made our move a lot better by just having her at our side.
