Marsha was a great help in our search for a winter home in the Bradenton/North Port areas. We took our time and visited many properties from January to April 2019. Marsha spent many hours and traveled many miles for us in our search and she was always available with professional knowledge and willingness to help. We would whole heartedly recommend Marsha to anyone seriously looking to buy or sell a property in the Bradenton area.

We were very happy and fortunate working with Marsha to find a place in the Bradenton area. She was courteous, professional and more importantly very knowledgeable of the area and units we were looking at. Our purchase experience was made easier and enjoyable all because of her patience and willingness to help us find the perfect place for us. If/when the need arises we look forward to working with Marsha again. I would definitley recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell. A big Thank You to Marsha.

My husband and I have needed the services of a real estate agent several times over the past 7 years. We found Cindy when we first moved to Florida 7 years ago. She worked hard to find us a home for our family with multiple pets in the course of only 1 week. Recently, Cindy helped us find our new home where we can have our horses and is the agent to sell our current home. Cindy is smart, diligent, professional and has become a personal friend. My husband and I highly recommend her for a real estate agent.

Rebecca was referred to me by my sister and my parents, given she has helped them with their real estate needs over the years and they couldn’t say enough great things about her! From the first phone call to the closing table, Rebecca was professional, friendly and responsive. She is very knowledgeable and a thoughtful negotiator. Rebecca helped us find and purchase a beautiful home that meets all of our needs and preferences. She spent tireless hours helping us find the right home for our family and when she saw how much we wanted this house, she fought hard for us to get it! Rebecca is someone you can trust through the real estate purchase process; she has integrity and really cares about people. I highly recommend her and will definitely utilize her services in the future. We consider her family now! Rebecca, thank you for everything. We can’t be happier with our purchase and you helped us make our dream a reality!

Marsha is AMAZING!! I contacted Marsha 8 months prior to purchase of our home. She sent me listings daily. Once we got to Florida she spent several days showing us 15 homes. Once we made our choice she got the inspection done in 2 days and the sale was completed in 3 weeks. She's very fun to work with. She has integrity, is committed, and delivers results. I would HIGHLY recommend Marsha.

Marsha Winegarden has been assisting my cousin in locating a new residence here in Manatee County. Since I am already living here, she and I have spent a great deal of time "prepping" for their visit(s). We could not have had a more professional and supportive real estate guide. From our first contact, she provided us with information, statistics and expertise. She was always timely and never pushed her opinion on us. She understood instinctively what my cousin was interested in and what my cousin's husband was interested in understanding. She has spent a tremendous amount of time and effort in helping us and continues to do so. I know that I will use and recommend her in the future.

Rae is the ultimate professional. She knows the local market. She is a good listener. She did her homework before we looked at over 20 houses in 2 days, to the point where we had some hard decisions because we liked many of the homes we visited. She is also very personable. And, after the sales agreement was signed, she was very involved in all of the remaining steps the needed completed before and at closing. Lori and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.
