Living 1200 miles away, looking for a vacation property in the middle of Covid is not easy. Using Myrna was. Can't speak enough of her professionalism, candor, and willingness to work hard for us. We did a video showing and put in an offer on the spot because we felt comfortable enough by the end of it. If that isn't enough, we have our own home inspection business here in our state, so we were extra cautious about all of it. Once we got to closing, Myrna also went out of her way to make it quick easy and painless for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We probably weren't the easiest clients to deal with but Marsha stayed with us until we found the property that was right for us. We changed our requirements many times. She showed us many properties always listening to what we felt were pros & cons of each property. She was honest each time she felt that a property was wrong for us in some way. You don't find many realtors that would be that honest, she did not want us to buy property that she felt we would not be happy with. We really appreciated that. We had an extremely positive experience dealing with Marsha Winegarden as our realtor. Our plan was to buy property in Bradenton Florida then sell our home in NH and move to Florida permanently. Marsha aggressively searched for properties that fit our requirements. If we saw property that we were interested in we would call Marsha, she was always available, if for some reason she could not take our call at the time, she would return our call within minutes. I'm sure that we, at times, were very difficult clients to deal with but Marsha was always extremely patient, understanding and professional. When we found the property that was right for us, Marsha took control and handled everything right up to the closing. Marsha handled and dealt with situations that were above and beyond the responsibilities of a realtor. My mother had reached the age (95) when she could no longer live in her condo. With all of her children out of town I expected headaches but instead the whole experience went well. Greg stayed in contact, provided answers, and brought in a bid which was higher then expected. He helped us to find local people who could assist in cleaning out the condo.
