During the adult years of our 7 decades on earth, we have bought and sold propertied homes of worth in three states. During those transactions, we worked with at least 10 different realtors/realty companies. Selling a small mobile home certainly isn't a glamorous job, but Marsha's knowledge of the area market in Bradenton, FL was superb, and she treated us as if we were selling one of the much larger, more expensive homes she markets regularly. Marsha was always on time, extremely polite, and professionally prepared with current real estate data, charts, ideas/suggestions, and a final well-written offer for the property. Our personal transactions/conversations with Marsha were always infused with her subtle, strong sense of humor -- all of that with a 2020 Pandemic looming over the entire country. She returned our calls/e-mails in record times, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and brought us a sale price of value, all within a month's time.
