We were connected with Cindy through Zillow when we expressed interest in a townhouse at the Perico Bay Club. Since we do not live in the area, Cindy was a huge help to us. She took us on a tour of the property through FaceTime (twice), kept us up-to-date about what we needed to do when, answered all of our questions anytime of the day (and if she did not know the answer to a question, she found it out for us), and helped us deal with a few minor problems.
