Recently lost our mother and chose to sell the home in which she had lived. Looked at several realtors in the area before deciding on David. He did an excellent job in explaining his approach and the possibilities for marketing Mom’s home. He helped us identify some areas that needed some work and even pitched in and fixed a couple things himself. We had a great experience with David as our realtor.

We enjoyed working with Adriano and Katie! They were transparent throughout the process and was able to get us back under contract quickly after the initial buyers had to back out. Highly recommend working with them if looking to sell your home!

The ultimate duo in real estate! I have worked with plenty of real estate agents and none are as professional, organized, informative or calculated as Katie and Adriano. Not only do they embody everything you could ask for in an agent, but they go above and beyond the industry standards in every way. A major bonus is that you have access to both of them and they work together flawlessly. I almost wish I had another home to sell, just to continue to work with these two. We are very appreciative of all their support in making what can be a very stressful process, entirely seamless. Thank you both! You are spectacular!

Bailey had to work hard for his money. We live out of town. so he had to get quotes for contractors. Sometimes he got several quotes to get the lowest price and fastest person to do jobs. I appreciate that he was thrifty with my money!

Niki called me the day my house went back on the market. After being listed for 6 months with no action. Then the next thing I know, she is at my door in person to check on me and the house. At that point I knew she was the agent for me. Niki scheduled an appointment with my wife Toni and myself. We sat down and worked on a game plan. And she had our house sold in 12 days. She is one incredible person, which makes her an awesome agent. I would recommend her to help sell your home or buy your next home. Thank you again Niki.

Niki is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff and the market. She got our house sold in 12 days after our previous realtor let it sit on the market for 6 months. If you do what she asks then she's a realtor above all realtors. We would definitely use her again if we have the chance. We also tell everyone if they ever need a realtor that Niki is your girl.

Amy helped me through the entire process. I had no idea what I was doing. I always felt confident that she was being honest and had my best interests in mind. I know we all have to make money to stay in business and with that in mind, I felt the commission was fair. I never could have managed selling my home and buying another without Amy's help. She guided me through which homes to view, neighborhoods, costs outside of the mortgage, inspections, appraisal, etc. I asked God for help and he sent me Amy.

Working with Elaine was a joy. We were from outside the area and she provided the expertise and local knowledge we needed. She went out of her way to be present for things we were unable to be there for and acted as our go between for any number of outside services, making sure we had options and great information in order to move forward. I honestly can't rate her highly enough. I've dealt with many different agents over the years and would happily go back to Elaine for any other business in her area. I'd give her more stars if I could!
