I was referred to Nichole Sedberry @ ERA Realtor. When I called Nichole to make an appointment to meet with her while on the phone she immediately ask what type of home I was looking for. Within 30 mins of ending our phone conversation I started receiving emails from Nichole of the exact type of homes I wanted and like. When I came to her I was already Pre -Qualified with a Credit Union. My 17 year old son and I meet with Nichole she was very patient, compassionate, positive & spiritual. she would not show you any properties that you couldn't afford. About a month into our adventure, Nichole suggested that she may have someone who could offer me a lower interest rate. She got me InTouch with right people at the right time and 45 days later I sat at my closing and walk away owning my on home with 0 down & 0 closing.
