I was in town for only one week to look at homes in Lazy River. Liz answered my request right away. She showed me two homes I was interested in. And, once I decided on the one I wanted to purchase. She got permission from owners for me to have an inspection as well as a company to look at the moisture barrier and flooring needs before I made the purchase and stayed at the home with me throughout the process. She is very professional and knowledgable but down-to-earth. My email was not working well so much of our communication and contract work had to be done by text or in person. She went above and beyond to make this all happen within less than a week.

I was an out of town buyer that bought my property basically thru Elizabeth help and expertise. She guided me thru all the steps of title companies,inspection companies and mortgage companies. We had no idea who Elizabeth was when she contacted us concerning an inquiry we sent about a property we happened to see online. She was the first one of many realtors who reached out to us… and we are so very glad we went with Ms. Wiggins! Throughout the whole process, which turned out to be the most incredibly difficult sale that she had seen or we had ever experienced, Elizabeth always went way beyond the call of duty to help us. She answered all our questions and was available to us both day and night. There were several times when my husband and I were incredibly frustrated and ready to give up— and then Elizabeth would call or text and shed some light on the situation. If she wouldn’t have been as helpful or knowledgeable, I doubt we would’ve purchased this property. All in all, Elizabeth is simply the best!
