Best, realtor in southwest Florida
Elizabeth is an amazing realtor. She spent days with me showing me houses. When we finally settled on a home, she helped take care of everything. My husband and I live out of town and we could not have been luckier to find her. She went above and beyond what a realtor would do. She took care of pretty much everything. She helped us negotiate an amazing deal. When we weren't there for the final walk-through, she walked through it for us, videoed it and sent it to us. She made sure that everything that was supposed to be done in the house before we closed was done. She went over multiple times to check on things for me. She is truly absolutely amazing. I would use her again in a heartbeat. And I would definitely recommend her to everyone. She literally became a friend to me through this process

Great experience!
Was working with her for months being very picky on what I wanted and she still did last-minute showings and calls with me even at 7 o’clock at night. She’s the best agent that I have worked with in all my years of buying homes would highly recommend.!

Elizabeth Wiggins in THE BEST!
I cannot write enough great things about how Liz went above and beyond her duties to assist and support us in buying our beautiful FL home. While finding the home was quick & easy (thanks to Liz' quick discovery of a property that just went on the market the day we were scheduled to see some others & we had first dibs on it), the process to get our loan and all the other legal documents was not as smooth as we had hoped. But thanks to Liz, she was right there every day, answering questions, pushing the envelope for us & all others involved to get things done, providing references for inspectors, insurance brokers, property maintenance people, checking on the property for us regularly (as we are out of state), and answering all questions we had immediately. She was always pleasant, positive, knowledgeable, and realistic in what steps needed to be taken to close on the property. Go with Liz and you will not be disappointed!!!

Agent that Responds & Fights for you at all times!
Bryan was a pleasure to work with. Always worked with my schedule, always picked up the phone when I had questions. Has a great network of highly skilled people from home inspector, to the worlds best broker/lending agent, and works with the best title company in Sarasota. Bryan goes well above the phrase "above & beyond" and you're in great hands if you work with him.

Everything Lily did was done professionally and on point.

Her response to all of my inquires was lightning fast, whether on the phone or by using electronic media. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions in an accurate, understandable manner. There was never a problem or any delay in reaching her, and all interactions with her were very pleasant as well as professional. Also, she is very thorough and skilled when showing a house. Market Knowledge
Liz always maintained a close review each time we met for met for updates on the property. We unfortunately were up against a market that all but disappeared. In spite of all this she still came through with a fair offer for our home. Great job Liz. Good communicator and dedicated.
