I can’t say enough about her knowledge and helpfulness in getting the home of my dreams. Equally important was her willingness to do whatever she could to assist me even in the smallest detail or ‘anxious’ question or request through the whole process from beginning to end. It felt like I really had someone I could trust and could rely on for personalized attention and expert, experienced and honest discussions ; that clearly helped me with my decisions along the way in acquiring my home. As an older single person she often offered a ‘helping hand’ or ‘vote’ of confidence to spur me on as we navigated the details for the purchase! Elizabeth is an amazing realtor. She spent days with me showing me houses. When we finally settled on a home, she helped take care of everything. My husband and I live out of town and we could not have been luckier to find her. She went above and beyond what a realtor would do. She took care of pretty much everything. She helped us negotiate an amazing deal. When we weren't there for the final walk-through, she walked through it for us, videoed it and sent it to us. She made sure that everything that was supposed to be done in the house before we closed was done. She went over multiple times to check on things for me. She is truly absolutely amazing. I would use her again in a heartbeat. And I would definitely recommend her to everyone. She literally became a friend to me through this process

I cannot write enough great things about how Liz went above and beyond her duties to assist and support us in buying our beautiful FL home. While finding the home was quick & easy (thanks to Liz' quick discovery of a property that just went on the market the day we were scheduled to see some others & we had first dibs on it), the process to get our loan and all the other legal documents was not as smooth as we had hoped. But thanks to Liz, she was right there every day, answering questions, pushing the envelope for us & all others involved to get things done, providing references for inspectors, insurance brokers, property maintenance people, checking on the property for us regularly (as we are out of state), and answering all questions we had immediately. She was always pleasant, positive, knowledgeable, and realistic in what steps needed to be taken to close on the property. Go with Liz and you will not be disappointed!!!
