Liz Wiggins kept us informed almost daily with what was happening with the sale if our house. We were not left wondering. She had many showings and shared a lot of feedback. She was very knowledgeable about what the housing market and interest rate was doing. Liz took us to see other places to buy also. I would highly recommend her. She does not disappoint.

Lily was wonderful to work with. We are new to the area and she provided us with a lot of helpful information. We had limited time to see properties and she showed us 12 houses in one day! She was incredibly responsive throughout the process, from initial showings all the way through to closing. We felt like she was looking out for our best interest. I would highly recommend Lily and her team.

Liz’s expertise, professionalism, problem solving approach and kindness make her the full package. We have been her clients for over a year now. We bought land, picked a house under construction and then sold our condo. It feels good working with a realtor that really “listens”. It was a pleasure doing business with her, and we would do it a million times over.

Elizabeth Wiggins is in a league of her own when it comes finding a home for her clients she is a true professional. We live in Minnesota we told her what we were looking for and she immediately went to work and found several homes that she went through and sent us very detailed videos and information that allowed us to purchase a home in Florida while remaining in Minnesota. The home she found us is exactly what we had envisioned we couldn't be happier with Elizabeth and the house she found us. I would recommend Elizabeth to anybody looking for a home she definitely works for her clients.

Lily showed me more houses than I can count and didn't stop looking until we found the perfect one for me. After that she is there with you every step of the way to make a very daunting task easy and simple especially for a first time home buyer like myself.

Liz is by far one of the kindest, most diligent hardworking and caring agent we've ever had the pleasure to work with. We live in Nebraska and within a short period of time she found us our dream show bird condo. Liz takes great care in understanding her client's needs and desires. She worked diligently to find just the right place that fits. She went to take photos, videos on listings we'd see online and send us all that info as well as making very educated recommendations. Liz knows the area, the business and has a heart of gold to help and serve people. We would give her 10 stars if we could. Very highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!
