She helped me buy a half acre in North Port, FL back in Feb 2021. I wanted to switch parcels and she worked with the seller's realtor to renegotiate the contract after it had already been signed. Very relieving and I love this parcel of land so no regrets switching. Turning the land into a chipping container home.
