Jenn was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the cape and the realty business. She’s honest and sincere and we felt very comfortable working with her. We were from out of town and demanded a lot of her time over a few days during the height of the pandemic but always felt she was there for us for what ever we needed. She was always pleasant and very responsive. Upon finding our dream house, she gave us excellent advice on putting in our offer. I don’t feel that we would have gotten our house if Jenn was not pushing for us. She has an excellent repore with other realtors. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Sheri was great. We never doubted her willingness to help us. She guided us from start to an ending that included our first home. Sheri was responsive to all questions and concerns and worked hard to get answers and resolutions for us. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have Sheri in our corner doing this time. We enjoyed our time working with Sheri, we know we weren't her only clients but that is how she made us feel.

We purchased our first house in March, and the process was completely new to us, and because of that we were looking for an agent we could trust to guide us in the right direction. And from our first meeting with Sheri, we knew she was the right person to work with. We had an idea of what we wanted, but Sheri asked the right questions to help us refine what we were actually looking for. We looked at several properties, and Sheri was extremely thorough as we went through each property and pointed out things in each house that we never would have considered. This helped us make an informed decision about each property and what life in the house after purchase would be like. She helped us refine our search so concisely that when we finally saw the house we wanted, it was a no brainer! And Sheri was so helpful in coordinating the process after the decision. She kept us in the loop, worked with both of our busy schedules, and made sure we got all the answers we needed all the way through closing. I always thought the home buying process would be confusing, complicated, and exhausting, but Sheri's guidance truly made it fun and a breeze. We would definitely recommend Sheri to anyone looking to buy a home and especially to a first time buyer, like ourselves!

Working with Sheri was an all-around fantastic experience. As young, first time home buyers, she walked us through every step of the process as if we were family. Having busy schedules, we only had certain days available to tour homes, so Sheri would book entire line ups for us, with prepared notes that she would present to us prior to entering each home. Once we entered each home, she went through every square foot thoroughly as if she were purchasing it for herself, climbing into crawl spaces and attics, and advised us to the best of her ability. She was available 24/7, balancing our needs with her own family's, and especially throughout the negotiation process. She always had our best interest in mind, making this huge decision a positive one. Thanks to Sheri's help, we have purchased our first home, and could not be happier!

If you need a realtor, Doug Anderson would be the man to see. Doug listens to your needs and desires for your new "HOME." Doug does not want to find you a house, he wants to find you a home.<br/><br/>Doug knows the Cape Cod area well and is very knowledgeable about housing codes.<br/><br/>Doug was not our first realtor we tried, but it was clear he was on our side and wanted to get us in a house we could afford and was right for our family.
