Jeff is an outstanding agent. He worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home for our relocation from Chicago. Jeff’s extensive knowledge of Sarasota, and the surrounding towns, was extremely helpful since we did not know the area. This was a big move for us, and we were downsizing, which was making it difficult for us in our home search. We just could not envision our stuff in a smaller space, but he walked us through every step, listened to what we wanted and helped to ease our fears. Jeff understands the challenges and emotions involved when it comes to relocating since he and his wife went through the process a few years ago. It was helpful to have an agent who has been there. He showed us several homes and even went as far as talking us out of making an offer on a home that we were not one hundred percent sure about. Not many agents would do that, but we are glad that he did because the very next home he showed us turned out to be our dream house! Jeff goes above and beyond to help his clients. Best of all, he is a great guy too!
