Her knowledge on the market and strategies are the only reasons we are able to get our house up against multiple other offers. Jordan was quick with communication and always got back to us right away. She never made us feel like it was an inconvenience for her to take us to see properties, even when we asked last minute. We met Jordan after seeing one of Adam Hancock’s relocation videos. From Michigan, we’ve been dreaming of getting out of the cold for a while. Jordan was excellent. Her knowledge of the market really helped us navigate the home buying process here in Lakewood ranch. With her help we narrowed down our neighborhood in days. She went and toured houses for us via FaceTime and videos when we could not view them in person. Because of her inside knowledge we were able to find our house before it even went on the market and we got it under asking price! We love our new home and neighborhood and couldn’t be happier in our experience with Jordan. She’s very helpful, going above and beyond for her clients, and so friendly and easy to talk to. I joked she’s as much my therapist as my real estate agent 😂. It was great having her in our corner and our experience was wonderful. We will definitely use her again in the future!!
