From the minute we met Jeff Cave in Lakewood Ranch for a tour of the area, we clicked immediately. He was friendly, extremely professional (he didn't let on when he knew a certain neighborhood wasn't right for us and let us quickly figure it out ourselves), and knowledgeable (he knew which neighborhood WOULD be right for us). He spent a lot of time with us as we wandered in and out of neighborhoods and model homes sharing his expertise and thoughts. We valued his opinion as this was all new to us. Once we finally picked our home he was with us every step of the way. He gave us good advice on structural upgrades and design ideas. He shared what options he did when he recently purchased his own home in Lakewood Ranch. Jeff stepped in and met the inspectors at our house when we were unavailable and did so many extras for us. I honestly don't know what kind of experience we would have had if it weren't for Jeff. We love him and are so thankful for him!

Jeff understood our need to view many homes in a specific area and price range. Even though we had previously tried to find the right house, the selection wasn't there. This time being prepared with specifics, even though it was 95out, we persisted & found the perfect house. All our questions about each house were quickly answered. The sale went quite smoothly. Being long distance, Jeff kept in touch throughout the process & even did the walk thru with videos. Couldn't ask for more from an agent.
