I would give Jordan 10 stars if I could. We had a very rare situation to say the least but couldn’t have pulled it off without the expertise and perseverance of Jordan.

We met Jordan after seeing one of Adam Hancock’s relocation videos. From Michigan, we’ve been dreaming of getting out of the cold for a while. Jordan was excellent. Her knowledge of the market really helped us navigate the home buying process here in Lakewood ranch. With her help we narrowed down our neighborhood in days. She went and toured houses for us via FaceTime and videos when we could not view them in person. Because of her inside knowledge we were able to find our house before it even went on the market and we got it under asking price! We love our new home and neighborhood and couldn’t be happier in our experience with Jordan. She’s very helpful, going above and beyond for her clients, and so friendly and easy to talk to. I joked she’s as much my therapist as my real estate agent 😂. It was great having her in our corner and our experience was wonderful. We will definitely use her again in the future!!
