Keith did a great job for us. When I initially called him our house was full of our stuff and not ready to sell. Keith came in and gave us an idea of what he thought it could sell for. I was very sick with cancer and Keith was patient with us during this time. He was not pushy or impatient at all. Once our house was empty and repairs were done, Keith came in and let us know our house was worth more than we thought. He got it on the market quickly. Due to the age and size of our house it didn't sell right away. Keith stayed in contact with me while we waited for the right buyer to come along. Keith advertised on the internet, through the mail, in the newspaper, and by word of mouth. He did a great job and found the perfect buyers for our house!
