We recently worked with Keith Nichols to complete an unusual property purchase. He is an experienced real estate broker who puts the needs of his clients first. He was always available and knowledgeable regarding any questions we had. We would highly recommend him to any other potential buyers and are thankful for all of his help.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Keith Nichols at the Real Estaters to sell my house. My experience was extremely positive, we sold for a price we were pleased with and felt confident leaving it in his hand. Thank you Real Estaters and Keith.

I wasn't sure how it would be to sell my deceased brother's home from out of state, but Keith reassured me that he had done it a number of times before and it worked out fine! Little hitches and Keith was on it. House sold pretty quickly for asking. I would use his services again given the situation.
