He knows the local market very well. We looked at a couple homes and found the right one for me at a very, very good price. He helped get tons of questions answered as the purchase of the home took over 2 months due to home inspection finding repairs, construction and/or weather delays. Then, he helped me battle my lender that was becoming increasingly irritating and irrational to deal with. In the end, he's a good, hard working guy and did a phenomenal job. He's now my #1 guy to call for any real estate needs.
