We spoke with a different realtor before speaking with Keith and they didn’t even want to come look at our property, saying it would never sell for what we wanted. We decided to get a second opinion and chatted with Keith. He was happy to come see our place and more than willing to list it for what we wanted. He was friendly, informative, and communicative.
