Bridget did a great job of keeping me informed of what was happening with the purchase and what was needed from me and she was always upbeat and CV positive. She was down to earth while showing us all the properties . She vwas always professional and if she didn’t know the answer she would find it for you. We spoke with a different realtor before speaking with Keith and they didn’t even want to come look at our property, saying it would never sell for what we wanted. We decided to get a second opinion and chatted with Keith. He was happy to come see our place and more than willing to list it for what we wanted. He was friendly, informative, and communicative. I live out of state and had inherited a very dilapidated house in Orofino that was full of belongings and needed a lot of TLC. Just thinking about the house stressed me out, but Keith made selling it incredibly easy. In addition to meeting with potential buyers, Keith was always quick to respond whenever I had a question and, if necessary, would stop by the property within an hour. Everything else—from the initial email and contract signing to the final sale—was handled online, so I never had to travel. He priced the house well, and within a month, it was sold, and the proceeds were in my bank account. I can't recommend Keith highly enough!
