Tania was amazing! She was able to set up appointments to view homes the same day I gave her the addresses! She was quick, efficient and knew the location! From the beginning she never pushed me or made me feel rushed into a property that was not what I was looking for. When your realtor is in the hospital and still negotiating a contract for you, she's the one! I highly recommend Tania to everyone!!!

Tania is wonderful! I could not ask for a more motivated realtor. When she states I have it handled she does just that. I tend to be skeptical on follow through from people in general and she gained my trust and confidence. She is always available day or night to address your concerns with professionalism and compassion. I will definitely recommend Tania to anyone purchasing or selling a home. Thank you Tania for helping me carry out my plans and dreams for the future.

Tania worked very hard to get our house sold, there were a few issues with the buyers financing and she had to do alot of extra work to make it happen. Tania went above and beyond what I would have expected to get this sale done. I will absolutely use her again with my real estate dealing in Sebring.

Tania was very helpful and understanding of my needs. I was in a tight budget, and I didn't even know if I would qualify to be able to purchase a house. The first thing she did was get me pre-approved. I had lots of places I wanted to see, and she made sure I could see them asap. She would meet me on my lunch break and even after work. She was very patient and fun with me as we looked at house after house when I was on a time limit. If I ever want to sell my home or buy another one I will use Tania again.
