Tania was very helpful and understanding of my needs. I was in a tight budget, and I didn't even know if I would qualify to be able to purchase a house. The first thing she did was get me pre-approved. I had lots of places I wanted to see, and she made sure I could see them asap. She would meet me on my lunch break and even after work. She was very patient and fun with me as we looked at house after house when I was on a time limit. If I ever want to sell my home or buy another one I will use Tania again.
