I wanted to list my lot and called Chet and Tania. They listed it immediately and once we got a contract on it, it went smooth. They kept me informed through the process and were quick to answer any questions I had. Tania is very sweet and I felt like she cared about me even though it was just a vacant lot I was selling and not a million dollar home. They were spot on when they told me what they thought I could sell the property for and I was pleased with the offer I received.
