Tania stuck with me for nine months until we finally found a property that I was comfortable with. She never wavered once and was always available when I wanted to look at a property. She could tell me before I even saw it if I was going to like it or not and she was always right. She's an excellent realtor. I sent in a notification that I was interested in a property through Zillow. I had two Realtors contact me and leave me messages. I called both of them back and Tania called me back immediately. She was extremely friendly and open from the beginning. Tania was always willing to schedule appointments for me knowing that I was coming into town to look at properties. She even made time just show me a property over a holiday weekend. It's hard to find that type of dedication in business nowadays. Tania was especially patient with us as we went through the buying process. We are moving from out of town so we were "looking" at houses long distance. Tania went above and beyond the call of duty for my husband and I. This was one of the biggest decisions we had to make for our small family and Tania, answered every call, message and question we had, if she didn't have the answer she went out of her way to connect us with who could help us. she was knowledgeable of the area, pricing and was patient with us when we didn't think we were going to find our home.
