Tania was especially patient with us as we went through the buying process. We are moving from out of town so we were "looking" at houses long distance. She personally looked at a lot of houses first hand and narrowed down our choices so we could effectively use the limited time we had to best advantage. She helped keep us focused and sane while dealing with difficult sellers after we did chose a house to buy. We wouldn't have made it through this without her patience and sense if humor.

Tania went above and beyond the call of duty for my husband and I. This was one of the biggest decisions we had to make for our small family and Tania, answered every call, message and question we had, if she didn't have the answer she went out of her way to connect us with who could help us. she was knowledgeable of the area, pricing and was patient with us when we didn't think we were going to find our home. But most of all she treated us like family, she made sure she was showing us homes she would be proud to house her own family. I would recommend Tania to every friend and family member, and if I had to purchase or sale I would use her for any property.
