I have a friend that sells real estate in Southwest Florida and she highly recommended Tania Urrelys to sell our parent's home in north Florida. Tania was amazing! She was able to set up appointments to view homes the same day I gave her the addresses! She was quick, efficient and knew the location! From the beginning she never pushed me or made me feel rushed into a property that was not what I was looking for. When your realtor is in the hospital and still negotiating a contract for you, she's the one! I highly recommend Tania to everyone!!!
