Shelly was one of two listing agents (Victoria Tseng) who worked hard to sell our home during a very challenging market. Liat Bostick and her business partner (Liz Behrens) sold our house in the Montclair neighborhood of Oakland, CA this month for over 50% of the listing price. Our house looks great on its own with good bones and a nice spacious backyard—rare in Montclair--but Liat presented the house in the best possible light, highlighting the many pluses for the potential buyers to see. Liat is a pro. She has extensive knowledge of the Oakland/Montclair market and has excellent skills in explaining to us every step of the journey. The timeline she provided was clear and she stuck to every milestone date including the listing of the house. Just as important as the sales result is that Liat accomplished the multitude of tasks involved in selling our house without us having to worry about them. They just got done.
