Very personable and knowledgeable with excellent communication and negotiation skills

Rachel is very personable and professional, and has an excellent understanding of real estate and the marketplace. She gives great advice, explains things in detail and provides the pros and cons of any decisions. She is a good negotiator and as a result we received a great price for our older home in a tough sellers market. She was generous with her time, very supportive, and was always ready and willing to help in any way she could. She communicates very well, has a positive attitude and keeps you informed during the entire process.

Connection, communication and caring in a true professional focused on selling your home!

From our initial meeting I knew Rachel knew the market, what was special about this 100+ year old home and our Old Orchard neighborhood. I needed someone I could trust since I was POA for the elderly owner and she trusted Rachel too. Rachel suggested responsive contractors, repairs that brought extra value, was always available for questions and provided timely responses. The “coming soon” excitement led to getting a buyer at 1st Open House weekend since Rachel’s extra touches in staging added to the charm of this home which was last on the market in 1980. She is truly invested in helping the seller and is truly excited to match the right buyer to their next home. I loved her positivity and valued her expertise!

Above and beyond for unique property sale.

This property is 10 hours north, Rachel sought out resources in the local area to gain the best possible footage of entire property along with working with buyer and his unique challenges during winter. Excellent communication all along the way was much appreciated.
