Rachel gave of her own personal resources to help the house sale. She had both New and used material that she invested in the sale of his home. She went to Home Depot to measure front door carpet. And that’s just for starters. She brought in nice wick furniture to stage in show the beauty of the home. She spent 7+ hours cleaning and organizing the home. She painted the mailbox to bring unity and bring out this clarity. The neighbor came across the street and asked about our interior decorator. He was shocked to find out this was actually our realtor that works so feverishly and with a spirit of excellence Invested in our home. She was in constant contact with the seller of the home. I have often had to chase Realtors to find out the status of our home after a showing. Not Rachel! Always communicating. She would often arbitrate Between the buyer and the seller - often representing the seller very well to the buyer, while privately sharing what we as the seller could’ve done better to make a deal. She was in constant watch of the movement of the market as she often said the market is not stable and is ever changing. Always reading the market & on top of what is fair value for 2026. I’ve had top five realtors representing us, but was often difficult to contact. But Rachel has stayed constantly communicating with us several times a week throughout this whole ordeal. Even as she was closing the deal on our next home, she was doing the work of the other Realtor, (which she shouldn’t have had to have done), to bring clarity of the responsibilities of a buyer that had to be met before the purchase of a home. She was selfless, warm, and very positive about the sale of our home. She is the best Realtor that walks to face of the Earth. I’ve had several throughout my tenure, and NONE worked like she did - PERIOD. In fact, it has elevated from business associate, to family. We absolutely love her. You won’t find a better Realtor than Rachel Latta. Hats off. She’s the best!

Jordan was one of the best realtors my family and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We were moving four hours away and originally had only two homes scheduled to view. While we were in the area, we found several additional properties we were interested in, and Jordan went above and beyond to arrange same day showings for us. Thanks to his responsiveness and dedication, we were able to submit an offer and go under contract within the same week. Jordan was always quick to respond to emails, texts, and phone calls, and he never made us feel like we were bothering him. He made a potentially stressful long distance move much easier and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. When we met Victoria and her team, we had just been through a very trying time with another real estate company. From the moment we spoke to her on the phone up through closing she and her team were incredibly professional. In our first meeting with her in person, she not only brought a plan to sell our house quickly but she and her team executed the plan beginning to end seamlessly. In less than 3 days we had more showings than in the last 7 months combined and 2 above asking price offers. This shows that a dedicated team, a plan, research and marketing really do get the job done. When we called or texted, many times John or Angie would jump in and address any questions if Victoria was unavailable and Victoria would still follow up to ensure our questions were addressed. We are so incredibly grateful that we found Rachel! We were searching for a home for about a year before meeting her and we feel incredibly lucky that she came into the picture. She was able to help us get under contract (and later close) within just three days of starting the process with her! She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, organized, and proactive every step of the way. She was always quick to answer our questions, knew exactly what needed to be done, and was determined to make things happen. We truly felt like she went above and beyond to make sure we found the right home and got to the finish line. After such a long and sometimes frustrating home search, we were so relieved to finally find the right home and even more grateful to have had her guiding us through the process.
