This review is long overdue, but Caroline helped us find a house when we moved back to the area in 2023. We had some criteria we were looking for in a house, and at the time the market was very competitive. It took almost 6 months for us to finally land somewhere, but Caroline was with us every step of the way, always giving good insights and making herself available when new houses would pop up on the market. One of the things I appreciated the most when working with Caroline was her honesty. She was always willing to give us her honest opinion during walkthroughs and in conversations, which helped us so much during the process. I would highly recommend working with Caroline!

I contacted Caroline and another sales representative, who was a friend. I told both the agents what I wanted to see. My friend got back to me and said the property that I wanted to see had been sold. Caroline got back to me and said the property I wanted to see was sold, but she would show me three more. From that moment on, I knew she was the sales representative for me. Caroline also found answers to my questions. She didn’t tell me to go find them myself or she didn’t know, she said she would go find out. I really respected her for that and it made the job of buying a house as well as selling a house, much easier. In my situation, I had a property to sell out of town as well as wanting to buy one in Perrysburg. It was very stressful and Caroline helped to take some of that stress away. I would highly recommend her, and if in the future I would be selling or buying new property. I would definitely use Caroline again.

Caroline is a great agent. After a brief discussion with her, she knew exactly what we were looking for. She quickly had various houses for us to look at. She made us feel like are needs really mattered to her. With in a brief period of time we were on our way to owning a great home in a great community. With how quickly the housing market is moving, her prompt responses and great attention to detail made our first home buying experience exciting, enjoyable and stress free. I would recommend Caroline to any person in need of an agent for a new home. She made us feel like we were her only clients and was available any time we had a question or concern. Great people skills. Very knowledge of the area. Well-versed in all aspects of the home buying process.
