Rachel is so wonderful. She's very personable. She goes out of her way to find properties, like in my house hunting situation. I was looking for a property and she knew what I wanted. She never wasted my time. She during the whole process! I highly recommend Rachel. She's the best!

Rachel gave of her own personal resources to help the house sale. She had both New and used material that she invested in the sale of his home. She went to Home Depot to measure front door carpet. And that’s just for starters. She brought in nice wick furniture to stage in show the beauty of the home. She spent 7+ hours cleaning and organizing the home. She painted the mailbox to bring unity and bring out this clarity. The neighbor came across the street and asked about our interior decorator. He was shocked to find out this was actually our realtor that works so feverishly and with a spirit of excellence Invested in our home. She was in constant contact with the seller of the home. I have often had to chase Realtors to find out the status of our home after a showing. Not Rachel! Always communicating. She would often arbitrate Between the buyer and the seller - often representing the seller very well to the buyer, while privately sharing what we as the seller could’ve done better to make a deal. She was in constant watch of the movement of the market as she often said the market is not stable and is ever changing. Always reading the market & on top of what is fair value for 2026. I’ve had top five realtors representing us, but was often difficult to contact. But Rachel has stayed constantly communicating with us several times a week throughout this whole ordeal. Even as she was closing the deal on our next home, she was doing the work of the other Realtor, (which she shouldn’t have had to have done), to bring clarity of the responsibilities of a buyer that had to be met before the purchase of a home. She was selfless, warm, and very positive about the sale of our home. She is the best Realtor that walks to face of the Earth. I’ve had several throughout my tenure, and NONE worked like she did - PERIOD. In fact, it has elevated from business associate, to family. We absolutely love her. You won’t find a better Realtor than Rachel Latta. Hats off. She’s the best!

We are so incredibly grateful that we found Rachel! We were searching for a home for about a year before meeting her and we feel incredibly lucky that she came into the picture. She was able to help us get under contract (and later close) within just three days of starting the process with her! She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, organized, and proactive every step of the way. She was always quick to answer our questions, knew exactly what needed to be done, and was determined to make things happen. We truly felt like she went above and beyond to make sure we found the right home and got to the finish line. After such a long and sometimes frustrating home search, we were so relieved to finally find the right home and even more grateful to have had her guiding us through the process. Rachel is very personable and professional, and has an excellent understanding of real estate and the marketplace. She gives great advice, explains things in detail and provides the pros and cons of any decisions. She is a good negotiator and as a result we received a great price for our older home in a tough sellers market. She was generous with her time, very supportive, and was always ready and willing to help in any way she could. She communicates very well, has a positive attitude and keeps you informed during the entire process.

From our initial meeting I knew Rachel knew the market, what was special about this 100+ year old home and our Old Orchard neighborhood. I needed someone I could trust since I was POA for the elderly owner and she trusted Rachel too. Rachel suggested responsive contractors, repairs that brought extra value, was always available for questions and provided timely responses. The “coming soon” excitement led to getting a buyer at 1st Open House weekend since Rachel’s extra touches in staging added to the charm of this home which was last on the market in 1980. She is truly invested in helping the seller and is truly excited to match the right buyer to their next home. I loved her positivity and valued her expertise!

This property is 10 hours north, Rachel sought out resources in the local area to gain the best possible footage of entire property along with working with buyer and his unique challenges during winter. Excellent communication all along the way was much appreciated.
