Paul had a 30 year career as a manager in the fashion industry employed by designers such as Anne Klein, Vera Wang and Donna Karan. Paul grew up in Fort Lee and Bergenfield. He has also resided in New Milford, Mahwah and currently, in Butler.

Jason Fredericks brings a contagious excitement to real estate, as well as a passion for helping clients through the real estate journey. Born and raised in West Milford, New Jersey, Jason happily returned to his hometown after two years in Italy. Aside from the small town feel, he loves Northern New Jersey for its many hiking, biking, and motorcycle trails, which are enhanced by the beautiful change of seasons unique to the northeast. He also enjoys camping, fishing, and boating on the beautiful lakes throughout the area.
A self-described “jack of all trades,” he was a regional manager for a major cellular company and worked in a variety of fields, including construction and water treatment prior to joining Terrie O’Connor’s team. With an Associate’s Degree in Business and an interest in communications, Jason has a respect for customer service, having won multiple Employee of the Quarter awards throughout his life. He carries his client-focused approach into his real estate career.

Lynn has called Kinnelon home for the past 25 years. She has been very active in her community, volunteering extensively in various organizations. She was a Girl Scout leader for many years, she spent numerous years in the Home School Associations, as well as a Religious Education teacher. She was also a stay-at-home mom to her 4 children, who are now in their 20’s. In addition, she is currently an independent stylist for Stella and Dot, a position she has held for the past 6 years.
Lynn grew up in Staten Island, and her early career was in sales in the garment industry in NYC. She attended Villanova University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
Lynn loves all that Northern NJ has to offer, including the changes of the seasons, the lakes, hiking, the parks, shopping, restaurants, closeness to NYC and upstate NY, and the diversity of people.

Mavourneen Slufik, a 5 Star Agent with Terrie O'Connor Realtors, has been a licensed realtor since 1990 and has won numerous awards during her career. Jaseon was reliable, patient, and honest throughout the whole process of working with him.
I began looking at houses earlier this year just to compare my options for buying against my options for renting. I was paired with Jason on Zillow when I had requested to tour the first house I was interested in. He made himself available in the evening to meet me at the property after I got out of work. He took the time to get to know my partner and I, introduced himself in a very professional manner, and spent as much time as we needed to answer all the questions we had about the market, his opinion on the house, what we would be able to accomplish with our budget, and provided new avenues for us to look for homes. After a few months of searching, I stumbled into an open house on a Saturday, I had really liked the property and called Jason to let him know. He happened to be available, so he took the trip to meet me at the house and looked it over with me. When I decided that I wanted to make an offer he walked me through the whole process, advised me of what to consider when making the offer, and handled the whole negotiation on my behalf even when circumstances changed. He was always understanding and honest about his thoughts. He was always responsive when I called and provided extremely prompt responses to inquiries. He respected my decisions, conducted himself very professionally on my behalf, and really had my interests at heart. When the offer was finally accepted he made an exceptional recommendation with Michalski-Ottens Law and they both guided me through the whole process in closing. The month flew by, and with very little complications the closing was completed. I would recommend Jason to any first time home buyers!
