Marianna's knowledge of the market was superb she listened to my wants needs and desires and picked some very promising property's. Unfortunately the market was a seller's market and I kept getting outbidded probably about 12 times but my realtor never gave up always encouraging me to stay positive and focused assuring me that we would eventually find something with all my characteristics that I was looking for, and we did 13 houses later and finally we found a good fit. Her knowing every aspect of the buying circle was a powerful pivoting point she knew everyone's job what needed to be done, and if they didn't do it, whatever she needed to do to help me finalize as her client she took care of it.
