As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about this process. I was tired of my commute and in need of something my own. However, I was also not in a rush to buy and preferred to "go with the flow" until I found the right house for me. Jude absolutely respected and helped me keep my goals in mind. I never felt rushed, I always felt supported, and it was a fun experience to boot. He is knowledgeable about the area and if she doesn't know something, he finds it out for you. Jude turned a very stressful time into a fun and joyous one. He surrounds himself with a quality team as well. He and Cloud were always very prompt, easy to communicate with, professional, and caring. Anyone I worked with based on his recommendation were also stellar. I cannot imagine having this good of an experience with any other realtor. I have now been in my home for about 5 days and Jude continues to check in and offer help. As he has said before, he never gets rid of his clients. I hope to be in my home for a long time, so I will hopefully not need Jude for a while. But, if you are looking for an upstanding realtor who puts in the work to find and get your home, hands down Jude is the one for you!

Julie answered all of our questions and was always available to talk on the phone or through text. She knew the right moves to take, when planning for obstacles that we may have had to cross. What an amazing RE Agent. Julie excelled in every area you want a RE agent to excel in. Julie’s communications and knowledge are off the charts. Julie helped me find and purchase a home that is perfect fit in terms of geographical location, size and price. She was very patient during the process showing me multiple homes, some more than once. I found Julie's knowledge of the local market and professional relationships with local builders, the title company and other realtors to be a great benefit to me as a buyer. In addition, Julie has a deep understanding of all aspects of real estate, financing and closing. She reviewed all of the closing documents with me prior to closing so that I would be prepared and even attended my closing. I have owned homes prior to this one and because of Julie, this purchase was by far the best, most positive real estate transaction experience ever. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone who is looking for an agent.
