Jude was a phenomenal realtor to work with! As first time homebuyers he was willing to explain anything and everything to us- even on weekends and a holiday. Even if we were too shy to ask he knew exactly what we were thinking and would offer his knowledge. It was never just a transaction, he got to know us as individuals and really catered to our wants and needs for a home! Highly recommend, if I could give him 100 stars I would!

I saw the guy on redfin and my energy clicked immediately and art that time I had more than 10 realtor card in my hand and a bunch of others in my inbox reaching out to me daily. The very first day I reached out to Jude Paul the response i received then and there is know that he's the one to take me though a perfect hom buying experience. The thing that grab me the most is that I'm not in this country for a long soni was a bit hesitant but communicating with Jude he walk me me through the baby steps of having your own home. Most importantly for me is the fact that reach house i saw and getting all excited he met with me at the properties brake it down for me and outline why this is not the perfect one for me and I respect that wholeheartedly. I decided to find an affordable home near my job. I was lucky enough to meet Jude through Suncoast Credit Union and he made the process of buying my first home very smooth. I was looking for a realtor who had experience in helping first time home buyers and someone who had a lot of patience with all of my questions. Jude exceeded those expectations. I felt a comfortable vibe with Jude which was also very important to me throughout this process. What I valued most about Jude was how informative he was throughout the home buying process. He had lots of knowledge and understanding of what it takes to be a good realtor. I would advise potential buyers to use Jude as their realtor for top notch customer service and reliability.

My wife and I were dealing with the daunting task of trying to relocate from out of state when we first got connected with Jude. We both knew from the first conversation that this was someone we wanted in our corner. He was patient, kind, thorough, and fought for our interests every step of the way. He took the time to show us places we were interested in all while listening to us and what we were really looking for. When he showed us a few places he thought we may be interested in, our jaws dropped. He absolutely knocked it out of the park. When it came to negotiations, he secured us a deal that still blows my mind. He did this with the upmost professionalism that even the seller made a comment about how they were blown away by how he protected/worked for his clients. Throughout the closing process (and entire process), he made himself available to explain the unfamiliar documentation and make sure we understood what was happening and what to expect each step of the way. He even gave us a beautiful gift once the sale was complete. After we closed, Jude has continually helped us navigate some of the new hurdles you encounter as a homeowner.
