Julie was just amazing! We were so skeptical to get started on this house buying/selling journey that we waited over a year to begin. We can't explain how on top of things she was in all aspects. Very knowledgeable in all the current laws and regulations that could be detrimental if you are not sure about things. Julie kept my husband and I in the loop at all times day or night. We had some bumps in the road along the way but she was there to reassure us and get us to the final result which was buying the house we wanted and selling our other home. When you see her sign "Honey stop the car" just do it! You definitely will not regret it!

She made buying a home a easy process. A few friends gave me horror stories but Julie proved it to wrong ! It was an easy and quick process from start to finish. She was always a phone call , email whatever it was asking a question to filling out forms on line was pretty much She walked me thru it cause alot of times I was not sure if I was doing it correctly and she was right there when I needed her to confirm right or wrong ! She was available any day or time week or weekends for us to show houses to answering my calls or texts . I would totally go with Julie Starr for all my future house 🏠 needs buying or selling she is awesome ! 👏 👍
