Julie exceeded all of my expectations in our recent purchase of a home. We thought buying our "forever" home would come with many areas of stress and uncertainty. Julie began the process sending us listings that matched our "punch list". From then on.....she took on the task of making this an easy process for my husband and I. From bringing a copy of each listing with a notes section....to managing EVERYTHING when we went under contract and left 2 days later for a 2 week long planned vacation. Most importantly, she dealt with the negotiations with the seller's agent, inspectors, contractors and everyone else in a timely and efficient manner. In all honesty...there was little for us to do...but sign paperwork. I would highly recommend Julie as an agent in the Florida area....she is exceptional!

Marianna had a great knowledge of the market, especially how difficult things can be in times like these. She was very patient with me even when sometimes my requests on where to look and what to look for were sometimes inconsistent. And this was very much appreciated by me. She stuck it out with me for 7-8 months or so of looking. Always helped guide me in the right direction and was great with being prompt on answering any of the questions I had.

Down to earth, knowledgeable, professional and knows exactly how to achieve client’s desires. As a first time home buyer, this was a very new experience. But John was absolutely helpful! After seeing multiple builders it only took us one time to tell John exactly what we were looking for. From model size, to location, and design. After that, we would walk into a model home to speak with the builder and I would not have to say a word! He spoke directly with the builders what we desired, checked all the location sites for us, and the different model styles. Of course, he would confirm with us as we looked at models but it was such a smooth process the entire way. Absolutely recommended and what a wonderful experience, especially as a first time home buyer. To conclude, he would go the extra mile every time if we had questions or unforeseen circumstances. He did everything in his power to make the process stress free and keep us content throughout the entire journey. Thank you John!! Two thumbs up
