Julie exceeded all of my expectations in our recent purchase of a home. We thought buying our "forever" home would come with many areas of stress and uncertainty. After seeing multiple builders it only took us one time to tell John exactly what we were looking for. From model size, to location, and design. After that, we would walk into a model home to speak with the builder and I would not have to say a word! He spoke directly with the builders what we desired, checked all the location sites for us, and the different model styles. Of course, he would confirm with us as we looked at models but it was such a smooth process the entire way.
