If this were a rating experience of 1-10, I’d have to give Brad a 50. Mr. Monroe was a delight. He (Brad) was experienced, patient, knowledgeable, and at all times professional. Initially I was somewhat concerned that the mileage between the Suncoast Reality Solutions office and the area in which I were looking to purchase a condo might present a problem. I can say, without a doubt, this Did Not happen. At all times, whenever I spoke to Brad regarding a viewing, he went out of his way to accommodate my needs. I was especially thankful for the fact that while Brad never once tried to steer me into purchasing a specific condo, he did keep me informed of possible structural, electrical, and plumbing pros and cons. Mr. Monroe was very knowledgeable in the finer points of house buying. Being an elderly, widowed female whose last experience with home buying was 50 years prior, I was most grateful to Mr. Monroe for his help in this matter. I always felt like Brad had my back. Anyone who chooses to enlist the help of Suncoast Reality Solutions, and more specifically Brad Monroe, while house hunting, will find the whole process less stressful, and considerably less painful.
