My home buying experience was a roller coaster. If it wasn’t for the patients and determination from Marianna, I would’ve given up a long time ago. My experience with Marianna Cadeau as my realtor was great. She was very knowledgeable about the listings she was showing me and took time to explain everything about the whole house buying process and what happens. Every time I had questions about homes or documents she was there to answer them and explain it. There's this thing going around about treating you like family - nice little saying. Well, listen to this! First of all, I gave Marlene an almost impossible task: with a very, very small amount of money (the total amount I had she probably was thinking, oh she must want a one-bedroom fixer-upper). I asked for a house that was a little less than my total amount. And then I included that I needed three bedrooms. Marlene went to battle, and she was fierce! She lined things up, she made calls, she answered every one of my questions even if she didn't know the answer, she didn't stop until she was able to give me the answer. Marlene never stopped! Not everything went smoothly, but before she was done with the situation, things were all straightened out, owners were corrected, contractors were told what they had to fix, and she helped me out of a bad contract. Her knowledge and experience are second to none! Marlene needs a cape with SR (SUPER REALTOR) on her chest! Out of all of what I've stated, I meant every word, this is the part that means the most to me. The way Marlene moved for me, she literally yelled at people who wasted our time, and who were apparently being deceptive. She went to bat for me like I was someone she loved. And for that, I'll never forget her and I'll recommend her to everyone I know who is in the market. I never knew realtors did all of that.
