Great real estate agent!!
Great real estate agent!! John walked with us through this process answering each question so we completely understood. He kept us informed with all activity as it happened and everything went on time and performed exactly as he said it would from the first day. I definitely would recommend John and will use him again for any real estate needs.

Knowledgeable, Supportive, and Easy to Work With

Marlene did an excellent job.
Marlene was our agent for the selling of our Town 'N' Country home. We also asked her to be our agent for the purchase of a new home. This new house was located in Lecanto, about an hour away from Tampa. Marlene was willing to travel to Lecanto several times for the initial viewing, final inspection, and the closing. She kept us informed on all information as the project progressed. Closing was seamless. We would recommend Marlene to anyone planning to sell or buy a home. She takes care of all of the details and certainly earns her commission.

Marlene did an excellent job.
Marlene was prompt and professional from the beginning. She filmed our house for presentation on the internet. Photos were excellent, and I believe that enticed people to come to look at the house. Within a short time, we accepted an offer. The potential buyer had some credit approval issues, and that deal fell through. Marlene quickly listed our house for sale again, we accepted an offer, and that deal went through in a timely manner. Marlene kept us up to date on all issues concerning our sale. She communicated with us and others involved in the sale with no trouble. Closing went smoothly. We are completely satisfied with Marlene's knowledge and abilities.

I met her as seller's agent, but she did a good job of representing my side of negotiations. Quick response when issues arose so closing proceeded quickly without issues.
