she is not transparent and did not disclose information that I am entitled to
She sold my house... great but that's it. My house was under contract in 2 days after it was on the market. Since it is seller's market, I would like to get the most money and take advantage of the opportunity. She did not really price up my house. The 1st appraisal was 10k more than the price tag... good thing the buyer got denied of the loan so they have to back out. otherwise my house would have been sold cheaper. the second buyer of my house got through. The price was just the same as the appraisal value. So I was just even. The whole process I thought was great until I spoke to someone who knows better. She did not gave me an estimate for the sale of my house called " alta". I did not know that I am entitled to get all the estimates prior to the sale or at least while the contract is pending. One realtor that I spoke to actually said that I am entitled to all estimates even prior to putting it out in the market. She gave me an estimate but it was way off and that was 3 or 4 months before I decided to sell my house. I was upset the day I was supposed to sign my papers for closing finding out my estimates. When in fact I am entitled to all these estimates. Furthermore, the closing team assigned to me said I was ready for closing - well, NO, if I have not given the bank account where my proceeds are going. I have told her prior to closing that I was working and need to sign my papers earlier. All these things should have been ready and explained to me. I will not get her to sell my house again or my friends house. She is not transparent. She did not disclose all these information to me until I was at the office to sign my papers.
